近日，华中农业大学金双侠教授团队在《自然-遗传学》（Nature Genetics）发表题为 “Genome assembly of two allotetraploid cotton germplasms reveals mechanisms of somatic embryogenesis and enables precise genome editing” 的研究论文。研究首次绘制出棉花高再生基因型的“完整生命图谱”，不仅为理解植物体细胞再生机制提供了新视角，也为棉花精准分子育种奠定了坚实基础。
